These terms govern the use of the website mbmconsulting.it (the “site”). By browsing the site you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use it. If the English and Italian versions differ, the Italian version prevails.

2. Purpose of the site

The site presents the owner’s professional activity. It does not sell products or services online and does not conclude distance contracts: every engagement is agreed and formalised in a separate written agreement, which prevails over anything stated on the site.

3. Content and liability

The site’s content is for information only and is prepared with care, but it is not professional advice or a binding offer. The owner does not guarantee that it is always complete and up to date and is not liable for decisions based solely on the information published. The certifications mentioned are the standards the owner has guided companies through: certification is always granted by the certification body.

The owner strives to keep the site available and secure but cannot guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors, and is not liable for damage caused by events beyond her control.

4. Intellectual property

The site’s texts, photographs, logo and graphics belong to the owner or are used with permission. The MBM Consulting name and logo may not be used without written consent. Short extracts may be quoted with attribution; any other reproduction requires the owner’s permission. ITIL, PRINCE2, OpenSM, ISO and the other standards or bodies mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the owner’s qualifications.

5. External links

The site links to third-party websites. The owner does not control their content and is not responsible for their use of data or cookies.

6. Proper use of the site and contact form

The contact form may be used only for genuine enquiries. Sending unlawful, offensive or advertising content, or attempting to compromise the site’s operation or security, is not permitted.

7. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy notice; the use of cookies in the cookie policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. This does not affect the rights granted by law to consumers, including the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
